The Swedish band’s first Billboard 200 No. 1 album moved 86,000 equivalent units in America. 77,000 of those units are from album sales.

Skeletá sold more vinyl in a week than any other hard rock album of the modern sales era (since Soundscan began tracking in 1991) and trails only Blink-182 and boygenius as the third biggest vinyl week for a rock album since 1991.
blink-182’s One More Time… sold 49,000 on vinyl in its first week, and boygenius’ The Record did 45,000. Both of those albums arrived in 2023.
Ghost’s Impera (2022) earned 70,000 units, 63,000 of which were album sales.
The last hard rock act to top the Billboard 200 was AC/DC in 2020.
