An incredible showing for Beartooth as the band’s fifth album in less than ten years passes the total activity of its 2021 predecessor. The Surface sold roughly 12,500 albums this week with a total activity of 16,500.
That total activity amount consisted of 7000 LPs, 2600 CDs, 2600 paid digital downloads, 200 cassettes, and 5.3M streams (up from 3.5M on Below).
The Caleb Shomo-led band’s latest tops the current Alternative, Hard Music, and Record Label Independent Albums charts. The Surface is No. 2 on the Current Rock Albums chart and No. 5 in Current Album Sales and Vinyl Albums.
It’s an honor to help tell Caleb’s story, all the way back to the very first EP, documenting each album cycle and artistic evolution via bios and interviews.
