As you’ve probably seen, Rolling Stone updated their mammoth list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, first published in 2003 (and slightly updated in 2012). This overhaul was designed to make it more inclusive (i.e. not as dominated by white dudes) and to incorporate newer releases, so it would look less dusty, I suppose.
