Album Sales vs Spotify

I took a look at over 60 current Hard Rock, Metal & Punk(ish) albums and put each one’s U.S. sales total against its worldwide Spotify streaming number.

Please note that these totals are rounded off (and always rounded up in the record’s favor) so the figures are not exact, but all of them should be very close.

As a reminder, “Album Sales” = physical CDs, LPs, cassettes; paid digital downloads; paid track equivalent albums. All totals are rounded off there, too.

These figures are for the most recent album from each respective artist.
